As the parent of young adults, I get it! Parenting a teenager can be hard! And it only gets more complicated when they turn 18. They are still children in so many ways, yet considered adults by many - especially when it comes to medical issues. If your child gets sick or injured and doesn't have the proper documents in place, you won't be able to talk to the doctors and nurses caring for him or her. While most young adults don't need a full blown estate plan, all young adults need the basic documents. I can make this happen - like now.
